John Carter Cash will be on the East Tennessee State University campus on Tuesday, Nov. 22, to speak and sign copies of his new book, House of Cash: The Legacies of My Father, Johnny Cash.
His free public appearance will be at 7 p.m. in the Bud Frank Theatre on the ground level of Gilbreath Hall. The ETSU Bluegrass Pride Band will kick off the evening’s festivities.
House of Cash, a 160-page hardcover book, is an intimate look at the life of Johnny Cash, the famed “Man in Black.” Gathering previously unpublished photographs, lyrics, art, notes and recollections, the book provides a unique portrait of a deeply spiritual, creative and passionate American icon and his family.
