CashVilleNow.Com, the Johnny Cash Social Networking site has launched according to JohnnyCash.Com founder Bill Miller.
The site is aimed at providing a fun and friendly social network environment “for Johnny Cash fans and their friends,” said Miller. “We wanted to provide a community which went way beyond the features offered in a traditional forum environment, and this does just that. We used some of our fans to do an initial test and the response was terrific.”
Miller is offering a $500 cash award to the fan who attracts the most ‘friends’ from June 9 until September 10, 2009. “We want to generate a buzz about this great new venue, and we also want to reward folks for getting out the word.” Miller said there would be prizes for 15 runners-up in the contest as well.
Members of CashvilleNow.Com will have their own page with photos, blogs, ability to share music and much more.
